With architectural elevations and framework to guide us, we maintained the sleek footprint of this new-build townhouse throughout the interior design and build out.

Custom cabinetry was incorporated into virtually every space, extending storage options within the minimalist vernacular. All were all hand-built in Italy by artisans following the highest level of materials and fabrication then shipped from Italy for installation. All drawings needed an extraordinary level of detail and exacting measurement to ensure successful installation.

Minimalism was also given an Italian expression in bathrooms where classic marble makes an elegant yet streamlined statement.

The main interior stair was also an exercise of art and engineering. Void of any vertical supports, the structure fulfills the promise of a fully cantilevered, truly ‘floating’ stair. Here, drawings were delivered to local craftspeople for manufacture and installation.
